We're Ciara & Josh. We handle the timeline, the family photos, the light, and the nerves, so the only thing you have to do on your wedding day is be in it. Here's how it works.

How It Works

01 The Call

We start with a video call to hear everything: your plans, your people, and what you want to feel when you look back.

02 The Planning

You fill out our wedding questionnaire, and we build your photography timeline and family photo list with you and your planner. We study your Pinterest board, too.

03 The Engagement Editorial

Your first shoot together, styled by Ciara and directed by Josh. By the wedding, the camera feels like an old friend.

04 The Day

Both of us, from getting ready to the last dance. In the last hour, the GlamLight opens for you and your guests.

05 The Sneak Peek

A handful of favorites soon after the wedding, to hold you over.

06 The Gallery

Your full edited gallery, ready to download and share, with fine art prints and heirloom albums to follow.

Your Day

We take a limited number of weddings each year so every couple gets both of us, completely. If your date is still open, we'd love to hear everything.

Q. What is your photography style?

Editorial and unposed. Josh directs, Ciara styles, and the result looks like a magazine story about your real day.

Q. Who will be photographing our wedding day?

Ciara & Josh, personally. Every full-day wedding collection includes both of us, from getting ready to the last dance.

Q. Do you offer engagement, boudoir, or rehearsal dinner sessions?

Yes, along with day-after sessions. Each can be booked on its own or added to your wedding collection.

Q. How will we receive our photos?

Your finished gallery arrives in a private online gallery, ready to download and share. Fine art prints and heirloom albums are also available.

Q. Where are you based, and do you travel?

Raleigh, North Carolina. We shoot across the East Coast (North Carolina, Virginia, DC, and New York) and travel anywhere in the world.

Q. What collections do you offer?

Full-day and multi-day wedding collections, intimate elopements, engagement and bridal editorials, boudoir, and rehearsal dinner coverage. Videography is also available.

Q. What is the GlamLight?

Our answer to the photo booth, and nothing like one. In the last hour of dancing, we set up an old Hollywood portrait studio on red velvet, then light and direct every portrait of you and your guests. It's included in our full-day collections.

Q. How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 6 to 12 months ahead, and the most popular dates go sooner. To hold yours, check your date through our inquiry form, and we'll set up a call.
